Jay runs the day-to-day business, from client relationships to growth and partnerships. He keeps the team focused on one thing: getting the right guards on site fast.

Andrew oversees scheduling, dispatch and field operations. He makes sure every post is staffed, every officer is prepared, and every shift runs smoothly.

Kirsten keeps the office running, handling client onboarding, scheduling support and records. She's often the first friendly voice clients hear when they call.
